How do I order?
We make ordering simple.
You can fill out the quote form above, or during business hours, speak with one of our sales representatives through Chat or by Phone (1-800-422-9767). Once we gather the necessary info on your space, we’ll provide you with a quote and proof.
How long until a receive my order?
Due to the custom nature of this purchase, each order is different. On average, we can ship the order out within 2-3 business days. You can check out shipping transit times available on our Shipping Page. Please communicate deadlines, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Is it returnable?
Unfortunately, no. These panels are custom sewn to order based on your space’s unique specifications, and we would not be able to reuse or resell them to someone else. For this reason, we will ask you to measure twice, and our team will help guide you through the process to ensure everything is ordered the first time correctly.
How long does it take to install?
We make installing simple by providing you all the equipment and screws needed to mount on a standard drywall wall. The 150″ wide x 92″ high wall shown in the example image on this page took approximately 30 min. to install from start to finish and included four wall mounts, two drape supports, and eight custom-sized panels of drape.
What tools will I need?
We’ll provide you with the drape, wall mounts, drape support rod, and screws. For standard drywall, you’ll need a screwdriver.
How do I measure my space?
When measuring your space, please include the height and width you’d like to cover, along with any heights and widths you want to place the drape around like screens or art. The easiest thing to do is upload a rough sketch, and we will send you back a layout-proof detailing the design and parts needed to complete your look.
Do I need to adjust my wall measurement to account for things like the ceiling and carpet?
Yes! We recommend allowing ½” at the top of your ceiling to be able to place your drape support rod into your hook-end. We also recommend allowing ½” at the bottom if you have carpet in your space.
Are the drape panels washable?
Yes, the velour panels wash beautifully. We suggest washing them in cold water, using mild detergent, and using the air-dry setting to prevent any shrinkage.
Are the drape panels flame resistant?
The Performance Velour™ is designed for professional settings as well as your home. It is Inherently Flame Resistant, and it passes industry-standard NFPA 701 and CA Small Scale tests. Your drape will ship with a Flame Certificate.

While velour wall panel curtains for the home are common for home theaters – there are several other residential applications.
They can easily divide a space in half, which has been popular with so many couples working from home. They make an excellent backdrop for kid’s theater and puppet shows. Velour Panels are used to create home recording studios and Vlogger Backdrops easily.
We’ve also had several customers use them to create their home studios for band practice, video streaming, and recording.
