Pantone® Announces the 2021 Color of the Year: Two Awesome Hues, because one just won’t do after the year we’ve had.

Pantone® just released its pick for the 2021 Color of the Year, and there are two! Ultimate Gray and Illuminating Yellow. We’re tickled about it because the 2020 Color of the Year, Classic Blue in combination with these two new shades, matches Georgia Expo’s brand colors! We’re feeling very “on-trend.” We’ve been using Classic Blue and 109 C Yellow since 2017, when we launched our full-service e-commerce website.

Pantone® describes these two colors as, “a marriage of color conveying a message of strength and hopefulness that is both enduring and uplifting.” This is something our industry could certainly use in 2021 after this year. They also say this color combo is, “practical and rock solid but at the same time warming and optimistic, this color combination that give us resilience and hope.”, We couldn’t agree more!

While Georgia Expo holds close ties to these color already, it’s also already really prevalent in the event industry.
